Navigating the Mandalay Bay Dock & Marshalling Yard
Mandalay Bay Convention Center operates one of the busiest convention docks on the convention corridor. Efficient move-in requires adherence to GES target freight delivery appointments.
Key Guidelines:
- Check in at the convention center marshalling yard before proceeding to dock bays
- Ensure certified union teamster operators unload heavy structural crates
- Pre-stage hanging signs and AV truss 24 hours prior to structural booth assembly
